• Flight and hotel cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

• Certain airline tickets and hotel bookings may be non-refundable.

1.2 Visa Assistance and Travel Insurance

• Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

• Travel insurance policies are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective insurance providers.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

• Bank charges, transaction fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.

2.2 Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds will be subject to the policies of third-party service providers.

• Go Destination may offer rescheduling options instead of refunds where applicable.
