Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is correct and accessible.
In some cases, customers may also access their bookings through our website or a dedicated portal.
2. Delivery Time
Flight tickets and hotel vouchers are usually delivered within 24 hours of successful payment.
Custom tour packages and visa assistance documents may take longer and will be communicated accordingly.

3. Non-Delivery Issues
